It’s another birthday again! This time around was Mak Ucu’s birthday and was celebrated at our house. Mak Ucu had selected the dinner menu for 20 pax and agreed by Mummy to prepare for it.Since the morning, we are sure they both very busy in the kitchen as we heard all melody notes from kitchen utensils. What’s cooking?? Ermm, Mummy’s Chicken rice with choices of either steamed or roasted, complimented with salad, cut cucumber and fresh tomato as well as stir fried bean sprout with prawns. For thirst quenching, the signature ‘soda-gembira’ was the choice and finally but no least, for the climax of the evening, a 1-1/2kg home made strawberry cake topped with strawberry halves and almond nibbed….wooooww, yummy-licious….
The birthday-do didn’t just stop there…it then continues with karaoke session till 1am. Where were us?? *(including Airil and QQ)…sleeping in our bedroom quarters…so unfair you adults!!!
But anyways, Mak Ucu had a wonderful fun-tactic time celebrating her birthday and we are all so glad of it. Once again, Happy Birthday to our dearest Mak Ucu!!
